Kitty is home with us, and the test results came in this morning. She is 100% OK according to her blood test!  Which I probably could've guessed myself since she's back to her regular bitey self. XD  I've never been so happy to be attacked by a cat before!

Needless to say, I'm freaking over joyed that she's fine! My insides have stopped doing flips, and I don't even care that it cost us a bundle.

Commissions are still up in the air. I'm reading a lot of info, and I think there'll be a lot more prep done on my part before I jump into that particular barrel of sharks.

I wish I could say I was offering commissions because I have free time, and want to start improving.

Unfortunately, my cat (aka Kitty/Murderface), has been unwell for the last 5 days. At first she was throwing up, then she stopped eating/drinking and kept throwing up. After finally being able to borrow the cat carrier from my parents, we took her to the vet today.

The vet currently doesn't know what's wrong with her. She's not running a temperature, but she's definitely dehydrated. Tonight, she stays at the clinic, getting IV fluids & an x-ray or two. I'm expecting a call tonight or that I'll call in the morning to find out the results. If it -is- something she's eatten, she may need surgery. If not, we may need to do a blood panel to see if we can find out what's wrong.

If it's just an x-ray or two, and some clinic stay, it'll probably be less than $200. If it requires blood work, it will be well over $300. So the long and short of it is, I'm trying to find out who would be interested in sketch commissions and how much y'all'd be willing to pay.

Please don't feel pressured. It's not like we can't cut back on some of our regular little treats for a while and still be just fine (and there's certainly no chance of us loosing our house or going hungry). I will spend whatever it takes to make Kitty well.
